What It Covers:
- Loss: Packages lost during transit and not delivered.
- Theft: Packages stolen after marked as delivered but before customer retrieval.
- Damage: Items damaged during shipping.
- Delivery delays.
- Incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Items seized by customs or regulatory bodies.
Claims must be submitted within 3 business days from the expected delivery date.
Customers must provide documentation such as:
- Carrier confirmation of non-delivery
- Police reports (if theft is suspected)
- Surveillance footage (if available)
- Neighbor statements (if applicable)
- Proof of purchase, shipment, and photos of damage (for damaged items)
