A pre-order is your VIP pass to reserve a Hulken product before it’s officially back in stock or released. It guarantees you're first in line — but quantities are limited, so act like a boss and claim yours early.
2. Estimated Shipping Date
The estimated shipping timeframe is shown on the product page, at checkout, and in your order confirmation. Keep in mind: it's an estimate, not a promise. Unexpected delays (like production slowdowns or shipping challenges) can happen. But don’t worry — we’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way.
3. Payment Upfront
All pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. That’s your ticket to ride the Hulken train — and ensures your spot is locked and loaded for fulfillment.
4. No Price Adjustments
The price you see at checkout is final. No price changes, no take-backs. That means no adjustments for future sales, promos, or markdowns after your order is placed. Early access = early commitment.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Changed your mind? You've got 24 hours from the time of order to cancel by contacting our support team. After that, your pre-order is locked in and can only be returned or refunded after it's shipped, according to our regular return policy.
6. Shipping & Fulfillment
As soon as your Hulken hits our warehouse, your order is prepped, packed, and shipped in the order it was received. You’ll get a shipping confirmation and tracking info as soon as your Hulken is rolling your way.
7. Changes to Orders
Once your order is in, it's set in stone. We can’t make changes to the shipping address or order details after it's been placed — so double-check before you click that button.
